Flexible Delivery Options
Standard delivery reaches most destinations in 3 – 14 business days (the majority arrive in about a week). If you’d like your order prioritized, simply select Express Shipping or VIP Shipping at checkout for an accelerated route.

Tracking Made Easy
The moment your parcel leaves our studio, you’ll receive an email with a live tracking link—follow your piece from kiln to doorstep in real time.

Customs Notice
Occasionally, international customs processing can extend delivery. We complete all paperwork to minimize delays, but any duties or local taxes remain the recipient’s responsibility.
